盐城工业职业技术学院 2015 届毕业设计(论文) 题 专 学 姓 目 业 号 名 错位纺对成纱性能的影响 现代纺织技术 指导老师 交稿日期 摘 要 目前我国主要的纺纱方式是环锭纺,但环锭纱的结构和质量不怎么理想, 毛羽也较多,因此,这些方面的研究在不断进行。位移纺是将离开前罗拉的纱 线不接在对应的锭子,而是放在邻位锭子进行纺纱的方,使纺纱三角形态发生 偏移,从而改变了须条内纤维的张力分布和转移运动,进而改善成纱结构和毛 羽的一种纺纱方式。为了研究错位纺纱对纱线质量的影响,小组探讨了错位纺 纱的方向对成纱质量的影响及其机理进行试验研究。通过强力、条干、毛羽、 捻度等性能指标测试,分析了错位纺纱与传统的环锭纺的各自特点,进行对比 并得出试验数据。结果表明采用错位纺纱对成纱断裂强度和成纱条干有不同程 度的影响,一定程度上减少了毛羽。 本设*樯芰嘶范Х暮痛砦环乃某龅纳聪撸 进行了数据测试、 性能对比, 得出错位纺纱对成纱性能的影响结果。 关键词:错位纺纱;纺纱三角区;毛羽;条干;强力; 作者: 导师: Abstract At present, the main way of spinning ring spun, but the quality of ring spun yarn structure and not very rational, or more hairiness, and therefore, the research in the ongoing.
